冷热原油管道交替输送过程中,不同油品物性有别、出站温度差别大,管内原油处于不稳定的流动过程,压力和流量不断变化。为保证原油输送的经济性和安全性,研究了冷热原油交替输送过程中的原油物性和土壤相关参数的计算,对管道内外传热与耦合过程进行了探讨,建立了冷热原油交替输送的数学模型,以达到提高原油输送效率的目的。 During the alternating transportation of hot and cold crude oil pipelines, the physical properties of different oils are different, the temperature difference between the outbound stations is large, the crude oil in the pipe is in an unstable flow process, and the pressure and the flow rate constantly change. In order to ensure the economy and safety of crude oil transportation, the calculation of crude oil physical properties and soil-related parameters during the alternating transportation of hot and cold crude oil was studied.
