缝线开睑是白内障等内眼手术最常采用的方法。将缝好的线拉紧,用止血钳固定在手术巾上。但手术巾是软的,无张力,开睑缝线很易松动,致开睑不充分,给手术带来麻烦。我们用直径1 mm、的19号牙科不锈钢丝,制成长12cm,宽8cm,接头焊牢,长方形的简易开睑器(附图)。用时将眼睑缝线适当拉紧,结扎于开睑器两短边上,解决了开睑缝线固定在手术巾上的缺点。靠简易开睑器的预应张力和两睑缝线相互间的张力作用,缝线不会松动,开睑充分。因为钢丝细,占面积小,手术野周围利落。简易开
Suture open eyelid is the most commonly used method of eye surgery such as cataract. The seam will be a good line of tension, with hemostatic forceps fixed on the surgical towel.
