本文以比值法为例,就比值法、正态分布法及折返法推算接种BCG(下称“卡”)地区结核自然感染率方法进行探讨。比值法认为:种卡地区结核自然感染率=结素反应≥15mm人数÷查验结素反应人数×1.91;正态分布法、折返法认为:种卡地区自然感染率=结素反应≥峰值(某值)人数÷查验结素反应人数×2。三法理论基础相似,要求结素反应≥15mm(峰值或某值)者不受种卡的影响,为结核自然感染所致。以比值法为例,作者分析1979年全国流调0~14岁种卡儿童结素反应≥
In this paper, the ratio method is used as an example to study the method of natural infection rate of BCG inoculated BCG (hereinafter referred to as “card”) on the ratio method, normal distribution method and fold-back method.
