体育教学与训练当中,辅助练习利用运动技能迁移的效果,将复杂的技术动作转化为一系列相对简单直接的练习,促进相应主动做的学习。本文对在高校羽毛球教学中对辅助练习的效果进行了研究。我们从西安电子科技大学选择羽毛球课程的同学中选取了身体素质指标相近的研究对象,进行辅助练习教学对照研究。研究结果表明相比于传统的教学,合理设计的辅助练习有利于学生对于羽毛球技术动作的学习以及身体素质的提高,在高校羽毛球课程当中引入辅助练习是完全有效可行的。
Among the teaching and training of physical education, the auxiliary exercises take advantage of the effect of the movement of sports skills and transform the complicated technical movements into a series of relatively simple and direct exercises to promote the corresponding active learning. This paper studies the effect of auxiliary exercises in college badminton teaching. We select the subjects with similar physical fitness indexes from the students who choose the badminton course from Xidian University, and do the comparative study of teaching and learning. The results show that compared with the traditional teaching, the reasonable design of the auxiliary exercises is conducive to students’ badminton skills and the improvement of physical fitness. It is totally feasible and feasible to introduce auxiliary exercises into the badminton courses in colleges and universities.
