目的了解威海口岸出入境人员中HIV、梅毒感染情况,为有效开展HIV、梅毒防控工作提供科学依据。方法对2008-2012年威海口岸出入境人员HIV、梅毒监测资料进行分析。结果五年中共监测出入境人员57343人次,检出HIV感染者6例,梅毒感染者42例。HIV感染者检出率为0.01%,其中5例为输入性病例。梅毒检出率为0.07%,其中劳务人员检出病例数最多为26例,占61.90%,旅游探亲人员检出率最高为0.18%。各不同职业人群间HIV、梅毒的检出率差异有统计学意义(x2=57357.28,P<0.05)结论加强重点人群的HIV、梅毒监测体检,并加大对出入境人员的健康教育力度,提高其自我防护意识,制定积极有效的措施,有效控制性传播疾病对出入境人员的危害。
Objective To understand the prevalence of HIV and syphilis in the entry and exit of Weihai Port, and to provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of HIV and syphilis. Methods The data of HIV and syphilis surveillance among entry and exit personnel in Weihai Port from 2008 to 2012 were analyzed. Results In the past five years, the CCP monitored 57,343 people entering and leaving the country, 6 cases of HIV infection and 42 cases of syphilis were detected. HIV infection rate was 0.01%, of which 5 cases were imported cases. The detection rate of syphilis was 0.07%. Among them, the number of labors detected was up to 26 cases, accounting for 61.90%. The highest detection rate of visiting relatives was 0.18%. The detection rates of HIV and syphilis among different occupational groups were significantly different (x2 = 57357.28, P <0.05). Conclusion The HIV and syphilis surveillance in key populations were strengthened and the health education of entry and exit personnel was increased The self-protection awareness, to develop positive and effective measures to effectively control sexually transmitted diseases on the entry-exit personnel harm.
