实验中采用物理模拟方法,建立了镁合金双辊薄带铸机模型。利用超声波浪高仪和电导仪对熔池的液面波动和流体的混合情况进行测定。在此基础上,研究了圆筒形布流系统的边孔孔径及流量变化对熔池的影响,为优选满足双辊薄带布流要求的布流系统提供了一定的依据。
In the experiment, the model of magnesium alloy double-roll strip casting machine was established by physical simulation method. Ultrasonic wave height meter and conductivity meter were used to measure the liquid level fluctuation and fluid mixing in the molten pool. On this basis, the influence of the hole diameter and the flow rate of the cylindrical distribution system on the molten pool is studied, which provides a basis for the distribution system that meets the requirements of double-roll ribbon distribution.
