聚氯乙稀容器(国内也称塑料袋)用于输液的包装,具有体积小、重量轻、便于贮运等优点。但在使用中发现,振荡后由于增塑剂的析出,造成输液澄明度有不同程度的改变[仲肇明.医院药学杂志 1982;(1):60]。为了探讨引起澄明度变化的原因,笔者就容器内残存的空气、增塑剂对振荡后输液澄明度的影响进行了实验观察。现介绍如下。实验材料天津市和平药厂1981年生产的塑料容器,每袋加水250ml,排尽空气,密封。蒸馏水:符合药典要求。

Distilled water: complies with Pharmacopoeia requirements.
