目的观察双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片(金双歧)联合蒙脱石散(思密达)治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年9月—2013年9月收治的腹泻患儿70例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组患儿采用补液治疗,观察组患儿采用金双歧联合思密达治疗,均治疗3 d。比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果观察组患儿总有效率为94.3%(33/35),高于对照组的82.9%(29/35)(P<0.05)。结论金双歧联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻效果较好,能够有效改善患儿肠道功能。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lactobacillus bifidum triple active viable tablets (Jinshuangqi) combined with montmorillonite (Smectite) in the treatment of children with diarrhea. Methods Seventy patients with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases each. Children in the control group received rehydration therapy. The patients in the observation group were treated with metformin and metformin for 3 days. Compare the treatment effect of two groups of children. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 94.3% (33/35), which was higher than that in control group (82.9%, 29/35) (P <0.05). Conclusion Jinshuangqi combined with Smectite treatment of children with diarrhea better, can effectively improve intestinal function in children.
