我国国企改革取得了阶段性成果,产权制度改革将把国企改革引向纵深发展。国有企业产权改革过程中,涉及产权交易、管理层收购、资产处置、债务处理、职工安置等重大问题,必须按照法律法规及政策来进行规范。引入法律服务机构,全程参与国企产权改革过程,可以为国企改革提供准确的法律、法规及政策依据,有效避免法律风险。
The reform of state-owned enterprises in China has achieved staged results, and the reform of property rights system will lead the reform of state-owned enterprises toward deeper development. In the process of property right reform of state-owned enterprises, major issues involving property rights transactions, management buyouts, asset disposal, debt disposal and employee resettlement must be regulated in accordance with laws, regulations and policies. Introducing legal service agencies to participate in the process of property rights reform of state-owned enterprises throughout the entire process can provide accurate laws, regulations and policy bases for the reform of state-owned enterprises and effectively prevent legal risks.
