以41个水稻品种及配制的34个杂交种为材料,研究遗传距离与产量杂种优势、杂种产量之间的关系。结果表明:(1)遗传距离(D~2)与产量杂种优势(H)、杂种产量(F_1)的关系为抛物线,其理论方程分别为:y_1=-43.7049+13.9168x-0.2495x~2和y_2=4.3014+2.2692x-0.04x~2,根据方程推算,D~2=27.29(28.37)时,H(F_1)出现最大值,在D~2≤27.29(28.37)时,D~2与H(F_1)间接近线性关系,H(F_1)随D~2值的增大而增强(增加)。(2)用遗传距离预测杂种优势的准确率为60.08%。
41 rice varieties and 34 hybrids were used as materials to study the relationship between genetic distance and yield heterosis and hybrid yield.
