目的探讨B超影像对中晚期妊娠产后子宫内妊娠残留物的诊断效果。方法对本院收治的72例疑似为中晚期妊娠产后子宫内妊娠残留物的患者进行B超检查,对B超异常的患者进行手术病理

目的探讨B超影像对中晚期妊娠产后子宫内妊娠残留物的诊断效果。方法对本院收治的72例疑似为中晚期妊娠产后子宫内妊娠残留物的患者进行B超检查,对B超异常的患者进行手术病理检查。结果超声诊断正确率为84.3%,敏感性为100%,特异性为78.4%,误诊率为15.3%;单独表现出内膜异常以及宫腔内复合性积液的超声图像准确率较低,而其误诊率高。超声检查发现其子宫内团块对诊断RPOC较为准确。结论 B超影像对中晚期妊娠产后子宫内妊娠残留物进行诊断具有较好的诊断效果,值得在临床中推广。
