在非标准石墨制品的加工中,精密的细长孔加工是比较困难的。针对石墨的加工特点,利用钻孔刀和铰刀的特性,经过多次探索、试验,用刀具组合方法,试制成了一种成型组合刀具。这种组合刀具曾进行具体零件的试验加工,现述如下: 一种石墨管零件,如图1所示:内径为φ30~(+0.5)毫米,长度为650毫米。要求内孔无锥度、孔壁无台阶、光洁度▽_6,数量为100件。如用一般加工方法,难于保证产品的技术要求。现设计一组合刀具,如图2所示。刀具材料采用45~#钢,淬火处理(由于零件数量不多,不必用工具钢制造)。
