试验采取盆栽,3次重复,以2个不同青蒿为材料,在遮阴和正常两个条件下,研究遮阴条件下青蒿叶片青蒿素含量、地上部鲜重、可溶蛋白质含量和可溶糖含量以及多酚氧化酶活性(PPO)和丙二醛含量(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明,遮阴条件下,青蒿叶片青蒿素含量、地上部鲜重、可溶蛋白质含量和可溶糖含量均减少,多酚氧化酶活性(PPO)和丙二醛含量(MDA)含量均增加,经过方差分析,2个青蒿材料各项指标遮阴和正常两个条件下差异显著。
In the experiment, potted plants were used and repeated three times. Two different Artemisia annua plants were used as materials to study the effects of shading on the artemisinin content, fresh weight of shoots, soluble protein content, Soluble sugar content and polyphenol oxidase activity (PPO) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. The results showed that the artemisinin content, fresh shoot weight, soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of Artemisia annua L. decreased, and the contents of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and malondialdehyde (MDA) All increased. After ANOVA, the indexes of two Artemisia annua materials were significantly different under shading and normal conditions.
