为正确判断电火工品受环境因素影响后的性能变化隋况,通过瞬态脉冲试验、发火试验以及升降法试验得到的试验结果,研究了对桥丝式电火工品进行随机分组和用瞬态脉冲试验进行筛选分组两种试验方法的区别,比较了两种试验方法中不同组电火工品50%发火电流、平均发火时间和平均温升值差异。结果表明按照瞬态脉冲试验对样品进行筛选分组的方法可以减小样品组差异,提高性能对比试验结果的可靠性。
In order to correctly judge the performance changes of electro-explosive products affected by environmental factors, by transient pulse test, fire test and the test results obtained by the lift test, the study of the bridge wire electrical fire products were randomly divided and used The difference between the two test methods in the transient pulse test was compared. The difference between the 50% firing current, the average firing time and the average temperature rise of different groups of electro-explosive products in the two test methods was compared. The results show that the method of grouping the samples according to the transient pulse test can reduce the sample group differences and improve the reliability of the performance comparison test results.
