小麦是一种厌Na+植物[1].NaCl胁迫对小麦的伤害,主要通过造成组织细胞内Na+的过多积累和K+流失,导致K+/Na+离子失衡和盐害[1~3].钾是植物生长必需的大量元素之一,也是保持叶绿体器官功能的重要元素,充足供给钾素能促进叶绿素合成和稳定,同时K+还能激发类囊体膜上一些酶的活性[4].在Na+含量较高的盐渍土壤中,人为提高K+浓度,也许可以提高小麦对K+的捕捉机会,从而保持细胞内较高的K+/Na+比,达到维持离子平衡、调节渗透势、激发酶活性的目的.
