背景:自我表露不仅关系到个体与他人的关系,更关系到个体的身心健康状况。近40年来,成为社会心理学、临床心理学、人际关系学等领域非常重要的研究主题,国外已经有了广泛的研究,大学生的自我表露与人格特征、孤独及心理健康的关系如何?目的:探讨大学生自我表露与人格特征、孤独及心理健康的关系,为大学生在适应人际环境、改善心理健康状况等方面提供参考。设计:横断面调查研究。单位:北京理工大学人文社会科学学院社科系、北京师范大学发展心理研究所。对象:2002-03选取北京地区某理工科大学,对象为大学一年级至研究生424名,年龄17~37岁,平均(22±3)岁,男生224名,女生200名。干预:采用整群分层抽样的方式,应用朱拉德自我表露问卷(JSDQ)、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中文版(EPQ-RSC)、孤独量表(UCLA)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)开放式问卷对调查对象进行团体施测。主要观察指标:JSDQ和EPQ-RSC、JSDQ和UCLA、JSDQ和SCL-90测定的大学生自我表露与人格特征、孤独及心理健康的关系。结果:大学生的自我表露程度与性格的外向性有显著的正相关(r=0.29,P<0.01);与孤独呈显著的负相关(r=-0.36,P<0.01),低表露者比高表露者的孤独感体验强烈;与SCL-90中的抑郁因子呈显著的负相关(r=-0.16,P<0.01)。结论:高、低不同表露者与?
Background: Self-disclosure is not only related to the individual’s relationship with others, but also to the individual’s physical and mental health. In the past 40 years, it has become a very important research topic in the fields of social psychology, clinical psychology and interpersonal relations. There have been a lot of studies abroad. How is the relationship between self-disclosure and personality traits, loneliness and mental health? To explore the relationship between self-disclosure and personality traits, loneliness and mental health of undergraduates, and provide references for college students in adapting to interpersonal environment and improving their mental health. Design: Cross-sectional investigation. Unit: Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Beijing Institute of Technology Department of Social Science, Beijing Normal University Institute of Development Psychology. PARTICIPANTS: In 2002-03, a university of science and engineering in Beijing was selected. The subjects range from the first grade to the postgraduate 424, aged from 17 to 37 with an average of (22 ± 3) years, with 224 boys and 200 girls. Intervention: By using cluster stratified sampling method, we used the Schmid’s Self-disclosure Questionnaire (JSDQ), EPQ-RSC, UCLA and Symptom Checklist Table (SCL-90) Open questionnaire surveyed the respondents. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The relationship between self-disclosure and personality traits, loneliness and mental health as measured by JSDQ and EPQ-RSC, JSDQ and UCLA, JSDQ and SCL-90. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between college students’ self-disclosure and outgoing personality (r = 0.29, P <0.01), significant negative correlation with loneliness (r = -0.36, P <0.01) There was a significant negative correlation between the loneliness of the exposed person and the depression factor of SCL-90 (r = -0.16, P <0.01).
