目的:建立大鼠小肠液循环液中的替硝唑的测定方法。方法:采用差示分光光度法.测定波长为318nm和291nm,溶剂的pH分别为pH2和pH5。结果:标准曲线在4.8μg/ml-19.2μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系.高中低3个浓度的日内RSD小于1.65%,日间RSD小于2.28%,回收率为98.6%-101.7%.结论:该法可准确测定大鼠小肠循环液中的替硝唑.
Objective: To establish a method for determination of tinidazole in small intestine fluid of rats. Methods: Differential spectrophotometry. The measurement wavelength was 318 nm and 291 nm, and the pH of the solvent was pH 2 and pH 5, respectively. Results: The calibration curve showed a good linearity in the range of 4.8μg / ml-19.2μg / ml. The RSDs of three high, middle and low concentration days were less than 1.65%, the intraday RSD was less than 2.28% and the recovery rate was 98.6% -101.7%. Conclusion: This method can accurately determine the tinidazole in the small intestine fluid of rats.
