北冰洋通航与中国图们江出海战略探讨

1938年日苏张谷峰战役后封锁了图们江,图们江辉煌的航运消失了。吉林省境内水系发达,但却因丢失了港口,阻碍了吉林经济的发展。航空运输成本太高,东北的铁路运输因受山海关地理位置的限制,致使吉林省的物资运送能力受到限制。海河运输是最廉价、最方便的形式,倘若吉林省恢复到以前沿海省份,便利的交通即可带动吉林经济飞速发展。因此,建议在东北地区开凿运河,迎接北冰洋航运时代的到来。北冰洋变暖为全面通航带来了可能性。如果北极航道全部开通,连接大西洋和太平洋的航线将缩短,而东北亚地区恰好是关键的轴心位置。北冰洋如全部通航,我国图们江流域的珲春将取得与新加坡同等重要的地位。因此,将我国珲春打造成国际航运中心迫在眉睫。建议在东北地区,开凿运河,形成“东北借助运河间接出海战略”。届时可再现图们江航运的辉煌。 After the Battle of Japan and the Soviet Union Zhang Gufeng in 1938, the Tumen River was blocked off and the brilliant shipping of the Tumen River disappeared. The developed water system in Jilin Province has hindered the economic development of Jilin due to the loss of the port. The cost of air transportation is too high. Due to the limitation of the geographical location of Shanhaiguan, the rail transport in Northeast China has limited the ability to transport goods in Jilin Province. The Haihe River Transport is the cheapest and most convenient form. If Jilin Province reverts to the former coastal provinces, the convenient transportation can drive the rapid economic development in Jilin. Therefore, it is suggested to dig the canals in the northeast to meet the Arctic shipping era. Arctic warming has brought the possibility of full navigation. With the full opening of the Arctic Passage, routes connecting the Atlantic and the Pacific will be shortened, while Northeast Asia happens to be the key axis. As the entire Arctic Ocean is navigable, Hunchun in the Tumen River Basin in our country will achieve the same status as Singapore. Therefore, it is imminent to build China’s Hunchun into an international shipping center. Proposed in the northeastern region, digging the canal, the formation of “northeast through the canal out of the sea strategy.” Then you can reproduce the brilliant Tumen River shipping.
