在一所学校里,学生管理非常重要,班主任作为学生管理的主力军他扮演着多重角色,他们首先要挑起教学的重担,同时又要担起管理班级的重任。班主任作为学生管理工作中的重要角色,身上的担子更是重要,所以很多班主任感叹当好班主任难,当好中职生的班主任难上加难。本文从班干部队伍的建设,班风、班纪等管理的规范化、制度化以及班主任言传身教、因材施教的重要性等几个方面介绍了点滴经验,忘同行批评指教。
In a school, student management is very important. The teacher in charge of a class plays a multiple role as the main force of student management. They must start with the heavy burden of teaching and at the same time, take the heavy responsibility of managing the class. Class teacher as an important role in student management, the body burden is more important, so many class teacher lamented that when a good teacher is difficult, as a good job class teacher harder.
