莱钢机制公司主要承担着莱钢成套设备及非标备品备件的毛坯制作任务。2009年全年产量超过4662吨,铆焊产品一次交检合格率的高低直接影响着车间的产量及成本,因此提高铆焊产品一次交检合格率,就成为摆在QC小组面前的最大课题。我们QC小组自成立以来,紧紧围绕提高产品一次交检合格率这一主题开展活动,使得产品一次交检合格率不断上升,取得良好经济效益。
