2015年8月25日至28日,全省技术员培训班在新乡召开,来自全省水产项目推广县260人参加培训。开班仪式上,省水产局张西瑞局长作了动员报告,总结全省“十二五”渔业发展成果,分析“十三五”全省渔业发展趋势和方向。武国兆副局长就实施基层水产技术推广改革与建没补助项目进行了细化讲解,并对下一步开展水产科技联合下乡活动提出了具体要求。省水产科技下乡联合行动专家组成员、永城县张修宪同志代表学员作了发言。培洲班聘请了上海渔机所陈军副所长、研究员等专家授课。
August 25, 2015 to 28, the province’s technician training course was held in Xinxiang, 260 from the province to promote aquaculture project to attend training.
