Trade surplus in 2002 will exceed 500 million US dollars Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy and European Integration announced its forecast of profit and loss in 2002 on March 20, 2002, with the trade surplus locked at 500 million U.S. dollars. The overall forecast includes service trade. Ukraine Economic Affairs Department believes that the world market conditions, including major commodities market conditions will be a certain degree of recovery from the second half of 2002.
