目的 :了解军事作业坑道内执勤士兵的体质状况 ,为加强坑道内执勤士兵的体质训练与卫生保障提供科学依据。方法 :应用国家军用标准 (简称军标 )对某军事坑道内、外执勤士兵分组进行体重、胸围、最大摄氧量、10 0m跑、30 0 0m跑、立定跳远、引体向上等 7个项目的测试 ,并以军标为准 ,进行体质状况评价。结果 :坑道内执勤组群体体质基本上可以达到军标要求 ,体质指数属中等 ,但与坑道外执勤部队及军标相比 ,在某些项目上还有一定差距。坑道外执勤组群体体质指数属良好。坑道内、外执勤的两组士兵的体重、胸围、10 0m跑及坑道外执勤组的 30 0 0m跑明显高于军标 ,两组士兵的最大摄氧量及坑道内执勤组的 30 0 0m跑明显低于军标 ,二者有显著性差异。结论 :坑道内执勤部队的体质指数略低于坑道外执勤部队 ,但两组均需加大有氧能力的训练 ,坑道内执勤部队还应加大耐力的训练。

Conclusion: The body mass index of duty units in tunnels is slightly lower than that of duty units outside tunnels. However, training of aerobic capacity needs to be strengthened in both groups.
