土地征收补偿是土地被征收后,土地原所有者可获得的、与土地价值相等的国家补偿,需遵循土地征收补偿制度。该制度与农民的切身利益息息相关,必须坚持公平、公开、公正的原则。然而,现实中土地征收补偿制度中存在诸多问题,失去土地的农民既得不到足额补偿金,也不能与城市居民身份接轨,群众矛盾的增加和社会关系的不稳定均严重阻碍中国梦的实现以及和谐社会的建设。究其内在原因,是由于我国土地征收的制度不足以满足现行市场经济规律而导致的。基于此,为了使我国土地征收工作得以顺利展开以及形成良性循环,需要改革和创新土地征收制度,来保障社会民生的和谐稳定。
