目的探讨三孔腹腔镜在急性阑尾炎患者中的治疗效果。方法整理本院100例急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用三孔腹腔镜治疗和开放手术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的治疗时间、住院时间及感染情况均低于对照组,(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论急性阑尾炎在临床治疗中可以采用三孔腹腔镜进行,提高患者的治疗效率及临床效果,临床可以推广使用。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of three-hole laparoscopy in patients with acute appendicitis. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients were treated with three-hole laparoscopy and open surgery respectively. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The treatment time, hospital stay and infection in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Acute appendicitis can be used in clinical treatment of three-hole laparoscopy to improve the patient’s treatment efficiency and clinical effect, the clinical can be widely used.
