在倡导素质教育、创新教育和研究性学习的今天,教育的目的不再是简单地向学生传授现成的理论知识,而是让学生学会自主学习、学会求知,养成终生学习的习惯。这无疑给院校图书馆赋予了新的机遇和挑战。图书馆作为文献信息交流的枢纽,也是课堂教学的再延伸,在实施素质教育过程中有着特殊的作用。所以,如何全方位、多层次、多途径地开发图书馆的馆藏资源,实现从模糊到清晰、从浅层到深层的飞跃与质变,是图书馆工作者所要思考和研究的课题,笔者对此作一些简要的探讨。
In promoting quality education, innovative education and research-oriented learning today, the purpose of education is no longer simply to teach students ready-made theoretical knowledge, but to enable students to learn autonomously, learn to know and develop the habit of lifelong learning. This undoubtedly gives new opportunities and challenges to academic libraries. Library as the hub of the exchange of documents and information is also an extension of classroom teaching. It plays a special role in implementing quality education. Therefore, how to develop the collection resources of libraries comprehensively, multi-level and multi-ways to realize the leap and qualitative change from vagueness to clarity and from shallowness to deepness is the subject to be considered and researched by library workers.
