Nd:YCa4 O(BO3 ) 3 (简称 Nd:YCOB)是一种新型自倍频激光复合功能晶体。利用 Dat-achrom - 50 0 0型染料激光器作为抽运源 ,横向抽运钕离子原子比为 8%的 Nd:YCOB获得了 530 .2nm绿色自倍频激光输出。在样品未镀膜的情况下阈值抽运能量小于 2 m J,绿光输出能量最大为1.0 3m J,能量转换效率约为 3.3%。
Nd: YCa4O (BO3) 3 (referred to as Nd: YCOB) is a new type of self-doubling laser compounding functional crystals. A 530.2 nm green autofrequency laser output was obtained using a Dat-achrom-50 0 0 dye laser as a pumping source and a lateral pumping Nd: YCOB with 8% neodymium ion atomic ratio. The threshold pumping energy is less than 2 mJ with uncoated samples, the maximum green output energy is 1.03 mJ and the energy conversion efficiency is about 3.3%.
