为了解目前农民的膳食和营养水平,我们调查组于1982年8月对番禺县大石公社山西大队第六生产队农民进行了膳食调查。现将调查结果报告如下。方法与内容一、膳食调查:用称量法,时间五天。对调查期间每餐所用各类食物均进行称量记录,除去最后一餐剩余量,分别求出平均每人每日摄入量,然后按照中国医学科学学院卫生研究所编著的《食物成份表》进行计算。
In order to understand the current level of diet and nutrition of peasants, our investigation team conducted a dietary survey on farmers of the sixth production team of Shanxi Brigade, Dashi Commune, Panyu County, in August 1982. The survey results are reported below. Method and content A dietary survey: weighing method, time five days. During the survey, all kinds of food used in each meal were weighed and recorded, and the remaining amount of the last meal was removed to obtain the average daily intake of each person. Then, according to “Food Ingredient List” edited by Institute of Health Sciences, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Calculation.
