针对采煤机滚筒破煤理论不完善的现状,利用Ls-dyna建立了采煤机滚筒破煤的仿真有限元模型,进行了滚筒破煤的仿真研究,分析了滚筒破煤的煤破碎情况、破坏形式和煤应力状态。研究结果表明:滚筒截齿排列影响煤的品质;滚筒截割破碎煤的过程中煤的主要破坏形式为剪切破坏;煤的应力状态可以为截齿排列布置和叶片、端盘的设计提供参考。
Aimed at the imperfect current situation of coal shearer drum broken coal, the simulation finite element model of coal drum sheller broken coal was established by using Ls-dyna, the drum broken coal was simulated, the broken coal broken by drum was analyzed, Damage Forms and Coal Stress State. The results show that the arrangement of the drum picks affects the quality of the coal. The main failure mode of the coal in the process of drum cutting the broken coal is shear failure. The stress state of coal can provide reference for the arrangement of cutting picks and the design of the blades and end plates .
