一、前言生产取向硅钢采用高温加热,是取向硅钢生产史上一个划时代的贡献,在此以后,在大生产中取向硅钢才能稳定地获得高水平的磁性。但高温加热后的板坯晶粒长得异常粗大,有时还有晶界氧化,因而材质很脆,在热轧时容易产生边部裂纹(简称“边裂”)。由于取向硅钢的材质很脆,生产过程各个环节中的许多因素,都可能对边裂有重大 First, the preface Production oriented silicon steel with high temperature heating, is an epoch-making contribution to the history of oriented silicon steel production, after which, in the large-scale production of silicon steel in order to obtain a stable high level of magnetic.
