用胶束毛细管电泳法分离和测定雷公藤中雷公藤内酯醇和雷公藤内酯酮的含量 .在优化分离条件下 ,2种有效成分的线性范围分别为 0 .0 5349～ 4 .33g/L和 0 .0 186 2～ 3.4 6g/L ;最低检测限分别为0 .0 5349g/L和 0 .0 186 2 g/L .得到满意的分离效果 .
The content of triptolide and triptolide in Tripterygium wilfordii was separated and determined by micellar capillary electrophoresis.The linear range of the two active ingredients was 0 5349 ~ 4.33 g / L and 0 .0 186 2 ~ 3.4 6g / L; the minimum detection limits were0.05349g / L and0.01862g / L respectively. Satisfactory results were obtained.
