目的了解西安铁路局辖区铁路沿线伙食团食品安全现状,探讨监督管理措施。方法2010年对西安铁路局铁路沿线伙食团食品卫生状况进行调查,并与2008年调查进行对比分析。结果铁路沿线伙食团2010年基础设施建设、规章制度、食品加工过程及环境卫生状况较2008年均有明显提高。结论完善伙食团基础设施,制定适合于铁路伙食团的各项制度,有利于提高铁路伙食卫生状况。
Objective To understand the food safety status of food parcels along the railway lines of Xi’an Railway Bureau and to discuss the supervision and management measures. Methods In 2010, the food hygiene status of the food group along the railway line of Xi’an Railway Bureau was investigated and compared with the survey conducted in 2008. Results As a result, the status of infrastructure construction, rules and regulations, food processing and environmental sanitation of the Food Corps along the railway line in 2010 both remarkably improved as compared with 2008. Conclusion The improvement of the food group infrastructure and the formulation of various systems suitable for the railway food groups will be conducive to improving the food hygiene status of the railway.
