对社区卫生服务综合改革的认识一年来,卫生服务的提供者有比较深刻的体会。他们总结为“一个中心、二个重点、三个满意、四项举措,五个转变”(简称一二三四五)。“一个中心”是指以老百姓为中心。改革成功与否要以老百姓的满意度和是否感受到改革的成果为评价的关键指标。
Understanding of comprehensive reform of community health services Over the past year, providers of health services have had more profound experiences. They are summarized as “one center, two priorities, three satisfactions, four initiatives, and five changes” (abbr. 1235). “A center” refers to people as the center. Whether the reform is successful or not should be based on the satisfaction of the people and whether or not they feel the results of the reform as the key indicators of the evaluation.
