有些建筑企业一谈到转型升级,只讲如何开拓基础设施或智能化领域,进军工业或三产行业,误把转型升级变成转行发展。这种不顾条件地放弃自身本来优势,去闯自己并不熟悉的新路子、新领域,是不明智的。诚然,产业结构的调整确实是转型升级、转变发展方式的重要内容,但绝非最主要内容。建筑业的转型升级必须紧紧围绕落实科学发展观这个主题和加快发展方式这条主线,逐步改变数量型、速度型、粗放型、劳动密集型的增长方式,真正走上质量型、效益型、集约型、科技型的发展道路。转型升级必须充分发挥自身的原有优势,努力做优主业、做精专业、做实企业。
