锚喷支护技术的逐渐成熟为我国煤矿井下的巷道安全提供了可靠的保障,但喷浆作业产生的粉尘却大大超出了国家卫生标准。文章通过测定锚喷巷道作业中产生的粉尘数据,利用数学理论模拟了喷浆工艺中粉尘的运动规律,借助流体动力学软件Fluent对数学模拟结果加以演示。总结了锚喷巷道喷浆作业中粉尘的运动规律和质量浓度分布,为今后锚喷作业粉尘控制工作打下了坚实的基础。
The technology of bolt and shotcrete support has provided a reliable guarantee for the roadway safety in coal mine in our country. However, the dust produced by shotcrete operation greatly exceeds the national health standards. By measuring the dust data generated during the operation of anchor spray roadway, the article simulated the law of dust movement in the shotcrete process by mathematical theory. The result of the mathematical simulation was demonstrated by means of the fluid dynamics software Fluent. The law of motion and concentration distribution of dust in the shotcrete operation of anchor and shotcrete roadway are summarized, laying a solid foundation for the future dust control of anchor spray operation.
