山东电缆厂立式车间总高96m,分16层,11层以下其建筑平面如图1所示,第12层以上建筑物外围四周各增加一根跨度12.6m,断面300×1300mm的大梁,建筑平面如图2所示。由图1、2可见每层建筑面积不大,12层以上也仅340m~2,11层以下四角简体每个仅约15.0m~2,用8根大梁互相拉通。该滑模工程墙体在滑升过程中(也就是梁滑空时)滑升平台的整体刚度是不强的,要保持滑升偏差在规范允许值之内是困难的。第12层以上12.6m跨的边梁下部悬空既无法放千斤顶也难以支底模。显然,如采用常规的35kN的千斤顶,用φ25钢筋滑模问题较多。因此,考虑采用部分
