目的探讨中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法回顾分析76例患者的临床资料。对两组有效病例进行跟踪随访0.5～1年,凡再出现临床症状并经胃镜检查证实有溃疡的为复发。结果治疗组随访38例,复发5例;对照组随访38例,复发7例。两组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论方中柴胡、郁金、元胡疏肝解郁,行气活血,化瘀止痛;陈皮醒脾开胃,使胃宜降;白芍、甘草缓急止痛;甘草调和诸药。诸药合用具有疏肝行气、活血止痛、健脾和胃之功。奥美拉唑有效抑制胃酸形成,有利于溃疡愈合;再加用阿莫西林强效清除Hp,进一步促进愈合,防止溃疡复发。本组结果表明,中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡,疗效满意,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods The clinical data of 76 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Effective follow-up of two groups were followed up 0.5 to 1 year, where the recurrence of clinical symptoms and confirmed by gastroscopy ulcer recurrence. Results The treatment group was followed up 38 cases, 5 cases relapsed; control group 38 cases were followed up, 7 cases relapsed. The recurrence rate of the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Fang Bupleurum, turmeric, Yuanhu Shugan Jieyu, qi and blood circulation, blood stasis and analgesic; Citrus awake spleen appetizers, the stomach should be reduced; white peony root, licorice urgency and pain; licorice reconcile the various drugs. Combination of various drugs with liver qi, promoting blood circulation and pain, spleen and stomach power. Omeprazole effectively inhibits the formation of gastric acid, is conducive to ulcer healing; combined with amoxicillin potent removal of Hp, to further promote healing and prevent ulcer recurrence. This group of results show that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of peptic ulcer, satisfactory efficacy, it is worth clinical application.
