为贯彻落实《安全生产法》及《安全评价机构管理规定》(国家安全生产局管理局第13号令)的有关规定:申请甲级、乙级安全评价资质机构的法定代表人应当通过国家安全生产监督管理总局认定的一、二级培训机构组织的安全生产培训、考核,并取得相应的上岗资格证书。经研究决定,中国安全生产科学研究院安全管理技术研究所将举办安全评价机构法定代表人上岗资格培训班。现将有关报名、培训事宜通知如下:
In order to implement the relevant provisions of the “Law on Safety Production” and the “Regulations on the Administration of Safety Evaluation Institutions” (the No. 13 Order of the State Administration of Production Safety Bureau): The legal representative applying for Grade A and Grade B safety assessment institutions shall pass the national safety production Supervision and Administration of the first and second-level training institutions identified safety training, assessment, and obtain the corresponding qualification certificates. After research and decision, China Academy of Safety Science and Technology Institute of Safety Management Technology will hold the safety evaluation agency legal representative induction qualification training class. Now the registration, training matters are notified as follows:
