针对我国科技经纪业发展实践中存在的问题,分析了科技经纪业的本质,得出它是产学研合作系统的一个组成部分,其产生和发展的条件包括经济发展、社会需求、政府重视和科技发展的压力等.而科技经纪产业发展的影响因素包括资源和能力、需求、同业竞争、相关环境和产业的支持.最后给出我国发展科技经纪产业的一些对策建议.
