目的评价超声弹性成像(UE)联合“萤火虫”成像技术对乳腺良、恶性肿瘤诊断在临床中的实用价值。方法对80例女性患者共97个包块术前行常规二维超声、UE及“萤火虫”成像检查。以术后病理结果为对照。结果 UE联合“萤火虫”成像技术诊断乳腺癌的特异度是96.8%,与病理检查结果高度相关。结论 UE联合“萤火虫”成像技术对乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的诊断具有实用价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound elastography (UE) combined with “Firefly” imaging in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods Eighty female patients received routine radiography, UE and “Firefly” imaging before operation. The postoperative pathological results as a control. Results The specificity of UE combined with “Firefly” imaging in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 96.8%, which was highly correlated with the pathological findings. Conclusion The combination of UE and Firefly imaging has practical value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.
