讨论了用对数反对数电路实现真有效值 AC/ DC转换的方法 ,导出了基本的转换关系 ,分析了影响转换准确度的主要因素 ,用超 β差分对管实现了准确度优于 0 .1%的真有效值测量 .
The method to realize true rms AC / DC conversion with logarithmic antilog circuit is discussed. The basic conversion relation is deduced. The main factors that affect the accuracy of conversion are analyzed. The accuracy achieved by the super β differential pair is better than 0. 1% true rms measurement.
