目的探讨153Sm乙二胺四甲撑膦酸(EDTMP)内照射治疗剂量。方法以C语言编制SmDOSE程序,剂量分析根据ICRP1987年和TurnerJH1989年的药物动力学资料,对116例用153SmEDTMP(153217±27602MBq,2627MBq/kg)治疗的癌性骨痛患者进行骨辐射剂量和剂量效应关系分析。结果尿排出活度、骨吸收活度和骨累积活度分别为4810±23902MBq、105117±2801MBq和6746802±1949290MBq·h。红骨髓吸收剂量为21697±6279cGy,低于285cGy安全剂量范围。结论153SmEDTMP内照射治疗剂量的分析有助于临床治疗剂量和剂量效应关系的研究
Objective To investigate the therapeutic dose of 153Sm ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid (EDTMP). Methods The SmDOSE program was compiled in C language. According to the ICRP (1987) and TurnerJH (1989), the data of 116 patients with cancerous bone pain treated with 153SmEDTMP (153217 ± 27602MBq, 2627MBq / kg) The patients were analyzed the relation between dose and dose of bone radiation. Results Urinary excretion activity, bone resorption activity and bone cumulative activity were 481 ± 23902 MBq, 105117 ± 2801 MBq and 6746802 ± 1949290 MBq · h, respectively. Red bone marrow absorption dose of 216 97 ± 62 79cGy, lower than 285cGy safe dose range. Conclusion The analysis of 153SmEDTMP internal radiation treatment dose is helpful to study the relationship between dose and dose effect
