Panyu Luoxi Bridge Panyu Luoxi Bridge is located on the Zhujiang Lekai Waterway between Haizhu District and Panyu District, Guangzhou. It is a traffic artery connecting Panyu to downtown Guangzhou. The bridge, a total length of 1916 meters, 15.5 meters wide, the main bridge 480 meters long, two-way four lanes, started in October 1984, opened to traffic in 1988.
