本文报道以腹水型荷瘤小鼠生存期延长率及 S1 80 移植瘤的疗效研究 ,锌酞菁 D结合红光的光动力学效应及初步探讨较佳的治疗方案 ,并以血卟啉类光敏剂 HPS为阳性对照。结果显示锌酞菁 D在体内、体外均有显著的抗肿瘤作用 ,较佳的治疗方案为腹腔给药后两天结合较大剂量的红光照射
