目的:确定全国综合医院承担公共职能的工作量以及所需人员的数量,为医院编制研究提供参考;方法:采用多阶段分层抽样的方法抽取全国综合医院80所进行研究;结果:综合医院人均业务工作量持续增加、存在不同程度的缺编情况、医务人员普遍存在加班现象、承担社会公共职能工作量不断增加、医务人员期望增加附加编制;结论和建议:适当增加公立医院编制,特别是承担公共职能的附加编制。
Objective: To determine the workload and the number of staff required to undertake public functions in the national general hospital, and to provide a reference for the preparation of the hospital.METHODS: A total of 80 national hospitals were selected by multi-stage stratified sampling method. Results: The workload of the business continued to increase, there were varying degrees of absenteeism.
