1大广坝水利水电二期(灌区)工程概况该工程承担着海南省昌化江大广坝灌区灌溉和工业城镇用水的供水任务,并兼有发电效益。总灌溉面积6.74万hm~2,总装机容量84.9MW。整个工程包括:新建戈枕水利枢纽(大Ⅱ型、)、扩建陀兴水利枢纽(大Ⅱ型),13座中小型水库,以及5个灌溉系统。其中灌渠隧洞8座、交通桥589座、渠道新建排洪建筑物188座、渠道上闸门611座以及若干田间渠(沟)系的建筑物。工程静态总投资25.98亿元,动态总投资26.73亿元。2评价目的为贯彻“安全第一、预防为主”的方针,查找分析和预测大
1 Daguangba Water Resources and Hydropower Project Phase II (Irrigation Area) Project Overview This project undertakes the water supply task of irrigation and industrial town water supply for Dagangba Irrigation Area in Changhua River, Hainan Province, and has the benefit of power generation. The total irrigated area is 67,400 hm ~ 2, with a total installed capacity of 84.9MW. The whole project includes the construction of the Ge Puxian Water Control Project (Large Ⅱ), the expansion of the Tuoxin Water Control Project (Large Ⅱ), 13 small and medium sized reservoirs, and 5 irrigation systems. Among them, there are 8 irrigation canal tunnels, 589 traffic bridges, 188 new flood discharge structures, 611 flood gates on the channel, and a number of buildings in the field.
