目的探究肾性贫血老年患者临床通过检测血清铁(FE)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)、网织红细胞平均血红蛋白含量(CHr)判断疾病治疗情况的可行性。方法本次疾病组患者选取我院2014年6月~2016年6月期间门诊部门收治的106例肾性贫血老年患者,同时选取70例相同时间入院行健康检查且结果为正常的受检者为对比组,清晨空腹抽取所有研究对象静脉血,比较对比组与疾病组指标(FE、CHr、EPO)水平差异,同时对疾病组进行相应用药治疗,在疗程结束后再次抽取样血,观察治疗前后患者指标水平变化。结果入院时对比组FE、CHr、EPO水平明显高于疾病组,同时用药后疾病组FE、CHr、EPO水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论临床评估肾性贫血老年患者疾病治疗效果,可以检测患者血液中FE、CHr、EPO水平变化,这三种联合用于疾病诊断、治疗效果评估,准确度高。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of clinical treatment of elderly patients with renal anemia by detecting serum iron (FE), erythropoietin (EPO) and reticulocyte average hemoglobin (CHr). Methods A total of 106 elderly patients with renal anemia who were admitted to outpatient department from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected. At the same time, 70 patients who were admitted for health examination at the same time and whose results were normal were In the control group, venous blood was drawn from all subjects in fasting morning, and the differences of the levels of FE, CHr and EPO between the control group and the disease group were compared. At the same time, the patients in the disease group were treated with the corresponding drugs. Blood samples were drawn again after treatment, Patient level changes. Results The levels of FE, CHr and EPO in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group at admission. The levels of FE, CHr and EPO in the disease group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Clinical evaluation of therapies for elderly patients with renal anemia can detect changes of FE, CHr and EPO levels in the blood of the patients. These three combinations are used in the diagnosis of the disease and the evaluation of the therapeutic effect with high accuracy.
