贯彻落实中央全面深化改革领导小组《关于深化统计管理体制改革提高统计数据真实性的意见》(以下简称《意见》)是统计工作系统当前和今后一个时期的重要任务。贯彻落实《意见》最直接和有效的手段莫过于充分利用现代信息技术手段,实现统计工作的全面信息化,建立统计数据的可追溯机制,拓展统计工作职能,创新统计工作理念。
The Opinions of the Leading Group for Deepening the Reform of the Statistical Management System and Improving the Authenticity of Statistical Data (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”), which are carried out by the leading group for comprehensively deepening the reform of the Central Government, are an important task now and for the coming period in the statistical work system. The most direct and effective means of implementing the “Opinions” is to make full use of modern means of information technology, realize the full informatization of statistical work, establish a traceability mechanism for statistical data, expand the functions of statistical work, and innovate the concept of statistical work.
