目的观察探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素水平的变化及临床意义。方法选取80例急性脑梗死患者(脑梗组)和30例健康体检人群(对照组)作为研究对象,其中80例患者根椐其临床神经功能缺损评分标准及脑梗死面积进行分组,25例为轻度组,35例为中度组,20例为重度组,对所有研究对象均取清晨空腹静脉血采用放射免疫测定法测定血浆内皮素水平并进行观察比较,同时对三组患者疗效进行比较。结果脑梗组血浆内皮素为(100.05±6.87)pg/ml,对照组为(56.54±4.85)pg/ml,脑梗组明显高于对照组。轻度组、中度组和重度组血浆内皮素分别为(120.05±12.87)pg/ml、(90.65±11.25)pg/ml、(69.32±8.76)pg/ml,均明显高于对照组,且组间比较差异有统计学意义。轻度组、中度组和重度组治疗总有效率分别为96.00%、71.43%、40.00%,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素水平较健康人群明显升高,且血浆内皮素水平与患者病情及预后均息息相关,可通过监测患者血浆内皮素水平判断患者病情及评估预后。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of plasma endothelin levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction (cerebral infarction group) and 30 healthy people (control group) were selected as the research object. Eighty patients were divided into three groups according to their clinical neurological deficit score and cerebral infarction size In the mild group, 35 cases were moderate group and 20 cases were severe group. Plasma fasting venous blood samples were taken from all the subjects for early morning fasting plasma radioimmunoassay. Plasma endothelin level was measured and compared. The curative effect was compared between the three groups . Results The plasma endothelin level in cerebral infarction group was (100.05 ± 6.87) pg / ml and in control group was (56.54 ± 4.85) pg / ml, the cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in control group. The levels of plasma endothelin in mild group, moderate group and severe group were (120.05 ± 12.87) pg / ml, (90.65 ± 11.25) pg / ml and (69.32 ± 8.76) pg / ml respectively The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The total effective rates of mild, moderate and severe group were 96.00%, 71.43% and 40.00%, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions Plasma endothelin levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction are significantly higher than those in healthy people. Plasma endothelin levels are closely related to the patient’s condition and prognosis. The plasma endothelin levels can be monitored to assess the patient’s condition and assess the prognosis.
