世界卫生组织提出的“2000年人人享有卫生保健”的全球战略目标,关键是健全三级医疗卫生网,落实初级卫生保健。现就我区卫生人力资源现状,探讨经济不发达地区落实初级卫生保健、力争该目标实现的前瞻性问题。一、现状全区七县一市,123个乡镇,6114个自然村,377万人口,其中农业人口388万。1988年人均收入500元左右。全区卫生系统中的卫生人员6131名,工矿企业中的卫生人员2485名,构成全区千人均2.32,卫生人员与服务人口1:
The key to the global strategic goal of “Health for All in 2000” put forward by the World Health Organization is to improve the three-tier medical and health network and implement primary health care. The current situation of health human resources in our district is to discuss the forward-looking issues of implementing primary health care in economically underdeveloped regions and striving to achieve this goal. I. Status Quo The district has seven counties and one city, 123 townships, 6,114 natural villages and 3.77 million people, of which the agricultural population is 3.88 million. Per capita income was about 500 yuan in 1988. There are 6131 health workers in the district’s health system, 2485 health workers in the industrial and mining enterprises, which constitutes 2.32 per capita in the region, and health and service population 1:
